Plain-language terms for using the TCPA Lookup app.
What this app is
TCPA Lookup is a paid, credit-based subscription for checking phone numbers against TCPA/DNC data. You log in with an account we provision, and your subscription includes access to the underlying TCPA Litigator List database — no separate TCPA Litigator List account is required on your end. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by TCPA Litigator List.
Plans, billing & credit expiry
- Two plans are available: Starter (1,000,000 credits for $270) and Pro (5,000,000 credits for $900).
- One credit is consumed per phone number checked, whether through a single search or a bulk file.
- Credits expire 30 days after purchase and do not roll over. Once expired, your remaining balance reads as zero until a new plan or top-up is granted.
- Plan purchases and renewals are arranged directly via the Contact page — see Pricing for current rates.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for how the results of any scrub are used in your own calling or texting campaigns.
- Compliance with TCPA, TCPA-adjacent state laws, and any applicable regulations remains your responsibility — this tool is an aid, not a legal guarantee.
No warranty
This app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Scrub results are only as accurate and current as the underlying TCPA Litigator List data. We make no guarantee that using this tool will prevent TCPA violations, litigation, or regulatory action.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of this app is not liable for any damages arising from your use of it, including but not limited to lost revenue, legal costs, or regulatory penalties.
Third-party service
Use of the TCPA Litigator List API is governed by TCPA Litigator List's own terms of service and acceptable use policy, which you agree to separately when you create an account with them.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
